3. New Clients: The offer is valid for new clients only, or existing clients who sign up for new ongoing/retainer services that were not previously contracted.

 

4. Agreement: A formal agreement must be signed between Brainchild and the client outlining the scope of work, retainer details, and agreed terms before the discount is applied.

 

5. Duration: This offer is valid for agreements made within the term of the promotion. Work must commence within this period to qualify for the discount.

 

6. Non-Transferable: This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined with any other offer.

 

7. Cancellation: If the retainer or ongoing work is cancelled within the first three months, the discount will no longer apply, and standard rates may be charged for work completed.

 

8. Scope of Services: The discount applies to the agreed scope of services signed off before project completion. Any additional services or changes to the scope after the agreement may be charged at standard rates.

 

9. Payment Terms: Standard payment terms as outlined in the agreement apply, with the discount reflected in the first month’s invoice.

 

10. Modifications: Brainchild reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
